1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 12winbd platform and its users ("Members" or "you"). 12winbd is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating in Bangladesh at https://12winbd.onl.

These Terms apply to all 12winbd services – including Sports Betting, online casino, Live Casino, bingo, e-sports, and other gaming services. 12winbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

2 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register and use services on 12winbd:

3 Account Registration & Management

Once you successfully register on 12winbd, a personal account will be created for you. You are solely responsible for keeping your account secure. We strongly advise you never to share your password with anyone.

• Providing your correct full name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration is mandatory.
• Accounts are non-transferable; allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious activity is detected, 12winbd may suspend an account temporarily or permanently.
• Submitting the required documents for the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may be mandatory.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 12winbd support immediately.

12winbd will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

12winbd currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount may vary from time to time; the current limit can be found on the deposit page.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number that was used for the deposit.
• 12winbd reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
• Deposits and withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If you experience any issues with a transaction, please contact the support team with your transaction ID.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

12winbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are stated at the time the bonus is announced.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only. Any attempt to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

• Bonuses have a set expiry period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once that period has passed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

12winbd has general betting rules that apply to all members. Each game category also has its own specific rules.

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets placed will be refunded.
• Bets placed late during live betting may be voided.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Odds and payout rates on 12winbd are subject to change; the odds in effect at the time a bet is placed are final.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a system or software error will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12winbd. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person and creating accounts solely to abuse bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Intentionally exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members.

8 Data Protection & Privacy

12winbd takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We only collect and store data that is necessary to provide our services.
